I got this idea from DaveGale (thanks by the way!) and the QR Code links to a picture of me looking busy. I used the website www.qrstuff.com to generate the original code then deleted some bits so that the kids needed to answer the questions correctly etc. It givces them a legitimate reason to have their phone out too!
